limited minibar room service restriction
the minibar selection was limited , offering only a couple of gins and whiskies. the room service options were similarly restricted to food from spice , and sometimes i wanted simpler choices like a burger. a cover charge for room service felt unnecessary. ordering drinks through the app was also unavailable , it was a real inconvenience.

wonderful wine best experience upgraded room
The food was AMAZING!!! i had the taster menu at the source restaurant paired with wonderful wine. grace especially wanted to provide the best experience at breakfast. I noticed that. the room was upgraded for me. It had a hot tub!
the hotel felt slightly worn in some communal areas.

our room, a garden suite, had luxury amenities. spa treatments were great, i recommend them. the staff was very helpful . i really appreciated that..
i feel the garden relating to our suite needs more care. it felt neglected. this is at odds with everything else in the hotel.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. spa services consist of full-body massages and steam treatments. these features ensure a comprehensive wellness experience.

the staff were very helpful. they answered my questions quickly.
the room had a noticeable musty smell. it seemed there had been water damage. this affected my comfort and i found it difficult to relax properly.. i also noted the absence of readily available information about local attractions. the absence of brochures or a concierge providing tailored recommendations was a notable oversight.

handcrafted products clean room amazing food
The room had handcrafted products made locally, a nice touch. IT was also clean, and it had all necessary amenities. The food at Spice was amazing and next level. BREAKFAST was delicious too. I keep thinking about it.
I found the location picturesque. THOUGH, the interiors seemed dated. A refresh is needed.

From arrival to departure, every staff member showed amazing dedication. I really appreciated the chauffeur service. It runs smoothly between locations. The LAKE setting adds to the relaxed vibe. The hot tub was great after a long day. It eased my muscles.
The mini-bar selection was somewhat limited. I wished for more variety.
