limited minibarroom service restriction
the minibar selection was limited , offering only a couple of gins and whiskies. the room service options were similarly restricted to food from spice , and sometimes i wanted simpler choices like a burger. a cover charge for room service felt unnecessary. ordering drinks through the app was also unavailable , it was a real inconvenience.

The food was AMAZING!!! i had the taster menu at the source restaurant paired with wonderful wine. grace especially wanted to provide the best experience at breakfast. I noticed that. the room was upgraded for me. It had a hot tub!

i feel the garden relating to our suite needs more care. it felt neglected. this is at odds with everything else in the hotel.

the room had a noticeable musty smell. it seemed there had been water damage. this affected my comfort and i found it difficult to relax properly.. i also noted the absence of readily available information about local attractions. the absence of brochures or a concierge providing tailored recommendations was a notable oversight.

The room had handcrafted products made locally, a nice touch. IT was also clean, and it had all necessary amenities. The food at Spice was amazing and next level. BREAKFAST was delicious too. I keep thinking about it.

From arrival to departure, every staff member showed amazing dedication. I really appreciated the chauffeur service. It runs smoothly between locations. The LAKE setting adds to the relaxed vibe. The hot tub was great after a long day. It eased my muscles.
